Check-in at Heavens Hotel Hoorn is guaranteed from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. In some cases, depending on availability, an earlier check-in may be offered. If this requires a different room category or upgrade, an additional rate may apply. Our team will be happy to inform you about the available options upon arrival.
Check-out must take place before 11:00 am on the day of departure. If available, a late check-out until 13:00 can be requested at a surcharge of €25. An additional night’s stay may be charged at the applicable daily rate for departures after 13:00.
Tourist tax is currently €3.70 per person per night. This rate is set by the municipality of Hoorn and may be adjusted annually. Tourist tax is charged separately unless otherwise stated at the time of reservation.
Breakfast is served at Restaurant The Saint, located on the first floor of the building that houses Heavens Hotel Hoorn. Restaurant The Saint operates as an independent business and provides breakfast for guests of the hotel. If breakfast is not included in your reservation, it can be added at a rate of €19.50 per person per day.
Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan in Heavens Hotel Hoorn.
Adding an extra bed is possible at a rate of €35 per night, depending on availability and room category. Breakfast can be optionally booked at €19.50 per person per day. The applicable tourist tax is also charged per person per night.
A cot can be placed, subject to availability, at a rate of €10 per night. Linen is not included.
The conditions below apply to private reservations up to and including four rooms. The day of arrival begins at 00:00 local time.
Flexible rate
Cancellation up to 2 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellation within 2 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed room rate for the first night
No-show: 100% of the total agreed reservation value
Non-Refundable Rates
Reservations made at a non-refundable or early booking rate cannot be cancelled or changed free of charge. The full amount of the reservation may be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable upon cancellation.
Heavens Hotel Hoorn is a cashless hotel. Payments can only be made by debit or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted. If paying by credit card, the amount due may be authorized or debited immediately upon payment or prior to arrival.
The VAT rate on hotel stays is subject to change by the government. If a change in the VAT rate or other government levies becomes applicable after the time of reservation, Heavens Hotel Hoorn reserves the right to pass on these changes in the final price of the reservation.
Heavens Hotel Hoorn reserves the right to correct or cancel a reservation if there is an apparent error in prices, rates or other reservation information due to system error, publication error or administrative error. In this case, the guest will be informed as soon as possible, and at the latest within seven days of making the reservation. In this case, the guest has the right to cancel the reservation free of charge.
Heavens Hotel Hoorn is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property of guests, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the hotel. Damage caused by the guest to hotel rooms, inventory or common areas may be recovered by the hotel from the guest.
Heavens Hotel Hoorn is not obliged to fulfill any obligations if this is not reasonably possible due to force majeure. Force majeure includes failures in energy supply, failure of internet or technical systems, government measures, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, fire, water damage and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the hotel.
In geval van overmacht kan Heavens Hotel Hoorn de uitvoering van de overeenkomst opschorten of beëindigen. Waar mogelijk zal het hotel zich inspannen om samen met de gast tot een passende oplossing te komen.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, guests are expected to be considerate of other guests, employees and local residents. Noise, nuisance behavior or other forms of nuisance within the hotel or in the immediate vicinity are not permitted.
Heavens Hotel Hoorn behoudt zich het recht voor om bij overtreding van de huisregels passende maatregelen te nemen, waaronder het ontzeggen van verdere toegang tot het hotel, zonder restitutie van reeds betaalde bedragen.
Heavens Hotel Hoorn is een volledig rookvrij hotel. Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms, bathrooms and other indoor areas of the hotel. If it is determined that smoking has occurred in violation of this policy, the hotel may charge additional cleaning and repair fees.
All agreements between Heavens Hotel Hoorn and its guests are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
